Tube is   by Celine Art. You can grab this @ SATC

New Raster Layer 800x800 we will re-size it later
Open your Tube in Paint shop and minimize it
we will come back to it

Open your cluster frame with the shadow.
Copy and paste as new layer
Re-size down by 50% twice

Restore your tube layer
copy merged and paste as new layer
Place below the frame and Duplicate place as desired..
Remove the parts of both that are on the out side of the frame.
Turn both Black and white

Open paper 1 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Erase all but what is under  the frame as well

Grab the tube again
Copy and paste as new layer
Re-size down by  70 %
Place in the center  of the frame
above all other layers

I grabbed a word art from Clareys Awareness kit
Open and copy and paste as new layer
Place as desired

Open the scatter
re-size down by 50% x2
Duplicate and move both below all other layers

Open your be aware word art and re-size to desired size
Move below tube layer and place to where  your tube is
sitting on the word art..  You may have to reposition her just a little..

Add your name, copy right  save and your complete
