open element40 copy and paste as new layer
free rotate to the right by 90%
resize down 1 time by 80%

paper 11 copy and paste as new layer
move below the frame
erase all parts on the outside.

open element 28 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times 1 by 50% and the other by 80%
Move to the bottom bove all all other layers

Element 50 copy and pste as new layer
resize down 2 time by 50% and another by 80%
Move to the right below the ribbon layer
erase the larger heart stick

open element 17 copy and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom left as desired and erase all parts on the outside
of the frame

Open element 45 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 50% 2 times
free rotate to the right by 30%
You may need to resize again by 80%

open element 6 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 60% and then again by 80%
Move above all other layers and to the right

Open element 43 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 60% 2 times and again by 80%
Move to the left above all other layers

Open element 49 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80%
Move below all elements and erase the part covering the tube
