Spring Cutie

New raster layer 650x650
Open frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 1 time and Free rotate to the left by 90%
Open paper 6 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 1 time
Move below frame layer
erase all parts on the outside of the frame
open bow2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 time place center
below the tube layer
open dots copy and paste as new layer
move below all other layers
add a drop shadow
Open the bird copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Place above all other layers to the right.
I have it to where it looks like its sitting on the ribbon
open flower5 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move to the right below the Bird
add your name copyright and save
