resize down by 80% about 2 times place in center

open pp18 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move below the frame layer
Move up to where the sand is at the bottom of the frame
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame..

open the tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down about 2 times if needed by 80%
Mirror and move to the left .

open lounge 2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 1 time and move to the right
below the frame layer

open towel 23 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the chair .
I have it to where the chair and tube is sitting on it

open flipflop 2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 4 time move above the chair..
Place to where they are sitting on it..

open the camera copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 time
move below the tube layer to where its behind her feet

open surf 2 copy and paste as new layer
Move above the towel layer
To the left of the frame

open the sunglasses copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 times and move to where they are
at the bottom of the flipflops below the tube layer

open cocktail 13 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times move to the right above all other layers

Open paper 5 copy and paste as new layer
Move up to where the sand is at the bottom of the frame
Grab the eraser and erase all parts of the paper on the outside of the frame

Open your Tube copy and paste as new layer
Mirror and move to the left
Resize down 1 time by 80% and then another by 90%

Open  ribbon copy ans paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer

open the bottle copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 90% about 4 time move below the tube layer
to where you can see the cork ( see mine for reference )

open the decor copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 90 % and move below all other layers

open the palm tree copy and paste as new layer
Resize down about 4 times by 80%
Mirror and move to the right
below the ribbon layer

open the sandcastle copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 90% about 4 times
Move to the right above the ribbon layer
