grab the eraser and make it small but not to small
Erase the parts of the element covering the tube except for the wire over her gloved hand

open the kitten and copy and paste as new layer
resize down about 3 times by 80% move above all other layers and
to the right of the tube layer

Open frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2 times by 80%

Open paper 6 copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer
Erase all on the outside of the frame

open the tube copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 times
Move above the frame layer

Duplicate frame layer
move above the tube layer
grab the erase and erase parts of the tube on the bottom part of the frame
Now highlight the frame layer and erase parts of the frame covering the tube

Open element 18 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move to the left above all other layers
add a drop shadow to your liking
