Free rotate to the right by 21% and move below the tube layer

open your voodoo doll copy and paste as new layer
place to the left below the tube layer

Open the mask, I am using 318 by WSL
Highlight paper 9, go to layers new mask layer, from image
choose from the drop down
Merge Mask group

open the spell book copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 2 times 
Move to the bottom left below the tube layer

open the cat copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 1 times
Move to the left above all other layers

Add your name, copyright and resize down by 80%  ( all layers) and save
Crop out all excess

move below frame layer and erase all parts on outside

open tube and copy and paste as new layer
place above all other layers
center left slightly

open the web copy and paste as new layer
move below the frame layer
erase all parts on the outside of frame

glitter 2 copy and paste as new layer
move below all other layers placing in center

open webspider copy and paste as new layer
resize down about 4 times by 80%
place below frame layer
Place the hanging spider on the web and erase all other parts .

open spider copy and paste as new layer
resize down about 6 times and move to the bottom above all other layers

open tree02 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 4 times
place below the tube layer covering part of the bottom frame

open  the witch shoes copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times place to the bottom left below tube layer

open the broom copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Free rotate to the left by 45%
Place to the left above shoes

open the cat copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 80%
place to the center of the pumpkin on the tube

open the book copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Place to the right below tube layer and by the cat.
Bring the spider onto the book

add name copyright and save

Resize down about 4 times by 80% and move to the right above

layers and to the left of the cauldron

move below the frame layer and erase all parts on the outside
