New transparent Raster Layer 800x800
we can crop out any extra later

Open frame 4 copy and paste as new layer
Place in the center
open paper 6, resize down 1 time by 80% and move below the frame layer
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open the tube copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers to the center

open the clouds copy and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom below the tube layer
Erase all excess 
add an over layer

Open the web copy and paste as new layer
move above the cloud

open the gem spider copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move above all other layers
Place to the left  on the web
duplicate Mirror and move to the top right

open the grass copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% move below
the tube layer to the bottom

open tombstone 3 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 2 times
Free rotate to the right by 21% and move below the tube layer

open your voodoo doll copy and paste as new layer
place to the left below the tube layer

open pumpkin4 copy and paste as new layer
move below tube layer to the right above the tombstone

open paper9 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 times and move below all other layers
Open the mask, I am using 318 by WSL
Highlight paper 9, go to layers new mask layer, from image
choose from the drop down
Merge Mask group

open the spell book copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 2 times 
Move to the bottom left below the tube layer

open the cat copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 1 times
Move to the left above all other layers

Add your name, copyright and resize down by 80%  ( all layers) and save
Crop out all excess
