Open element 2 copy ans paste as new layer
Resize ot desired and move below full length tube layer

Open element 9 copy and pasrte as new layer
Move just below the tube layer
Open element 7 copy and paste as new layer
Resize to desired and place  on the boxes

Open element 84 Copy and paste as new layer
Resize to desired and place bottom left of the frame

Add your name copyright  and Save.

Font is a pay font Mono Amour Script 

open frame 2 copy and paste as new layer
open close up part of your tube copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame layer and erase parts that is sticking out  above the frame
Duplicate hide the duplicated layer.
Highlight the origional tube layer  and add a porcelin setting

Also add gaussian Blur 

Highlight your duplicated layer and unhide
Add the same porcelin setting and add an overlay

Open paper 10 copy  and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
go to your selection tool and draw a rectangle over the center of the frame
Highlight your paper layer go to selection invert and hit delete

Open flowers 5 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layers and place as desired.
I have mine to where it is in the right side of the tube

Go back to your tube and copy ans paste the full image
Move above all other layers
Move over to the left a bit and add  a porcelin to it as well

Open glitter 1 copy and paste as new layer  Move below all other layers
Open your cupcake dish copy and paste as new layer
Resize to desired move to the left and behind the full length tube layer

Open doodle1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% twice and move behide the cupcake dish layer
and slightly to the left

Open cupcakes3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 2 times
place underneath full length tube  and to the right 

open your bear copy and paste as new layer
resize down to desired size and move below the cupcakes and slightly up a little bit..
