Add a porcelin with the following settings  and Duplicate
 Highlight the origional tube layer
Go to Effects, Photo effects, add a black and white film
Go to adjust, add a gaussian blur with the following settings

Highlight the duplicated tube layer and add an overlay

Open your tube again and copy and paste the full body tube layer
Place to the left above all other layers

Open your halftone copy and paste as new layer
Center and move below all other layers

Open ribbon2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80%
Move below the full length tube layer

open whip 2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% move to the left
behind the tube layer

Open cuffs 1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 60% 1 time and again by 80
Place to the right placing near the hand of the close up tube

Open the teddy copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 60% 1 time and then again by 80%

open sparkle 2 copy and paste as new layer
Place as desired behind the full length tube layer
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame layer

Open nail polish copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move to the left behind the full length tube layer

open the mask copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 - 3 times
Free Rotate to the right by 10% 3 times
Place below the full length tube layer behind her foot..

Open wordart 1 copy and paste as new layer
