Picture of choice
New Raster Layer 657x271
Paper 11 copy and paste as new layer
frame 1 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% x3
Free rotate to the left by 30%
Move to the right to the bottom
Open picture and copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times and move below frame layer
Erase the parts of the picture that is on the outside of the frame
Open the wire copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% 4 times
Duplicate 2 times Moving all below the picture layer
Place to where it looks like the picture and frame is on the wire
Open The green splash copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right duplicate and move to the bottom left of the image
Open the sparkle resize down by 80% Move to the bottom
Open the Dog tag copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times and place as Desired..
Open glitterstars 1 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the picture layer to the bottom
Save and your done
