New Raster layer 700x700
Open frame copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 %
place in the center

Open paper 5 copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer
Grab the eraser and erase the parts of the paper that is on the out side
of the frame layer

Open close up of the tube copy and paste as new layer
Place below the frame layer
Erase parts of the tube that is sticking out of the frame layer as well
Add a porcelin and duplicate

Highlight the origional tube layer and add a Gaussian blur
highlight the duplicated layer and add an overlay

Open your full length tube copy and paste as new layer
resize as needed and place to the left of the frame

Open element 3 copy and paste as new layer
resize to desired and place to the left and below
the full length tube layer

Open element 9 copy and paste as new layer
resize to desired and place to the right of the frame..

Add your name and copyright  save and your done .
