New Raster layer 700x700
open frame 1 copy and paste as new layer
place in the center
Open tube copy and paste as new layer
Place below frame layer
Resize up by 110%
Erase all parts that are sticking out from the frame
Duplicate tube layer
Add a porcelain with the following settings to both tube layers wth the following settings 

Highlight the origional tube layer and add a gaussin blur with the following settings

Highlight the duplicated tube layer and add an overlay

Open paper 2 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Erase all parts sticking out from the frame

Open your full length tube again
resize down by 95%
Move above all other layers
Place to the left

Open elements 17 and 18 copy and paste both as new layers
Move below all other layers
Move one to the top and one to the bottom

Open element 22 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers

Open element 2 copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers
Resize down by 80% 4 time Mirror and move to the right..

Open element 1 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 5 times and move  to the right
Over the heel of element 2

Open element 24 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% x 4 and move below element 1 to the top.
