Open element 34 copy and paste as new layer
Place in the center, free rotate to the left by 10%

Open tube copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame - Erase all parts of the tube that is on the outside of the frame
Duplicate tube layer , Highlight the origional
Go to effects, Xero effects, Porcelin,  With the following settings
go to adjust, blur, Gaussian blur with the following settings

Highlight the duplicated Tube layer
Add a porcelin effects with the above settings
add an overly.

Open paper 10 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Erase all parts that is on the outside of the frame

Open the full length tube copy and paste as new layer
Mirror and move to the left  above all other layers
Move to where she is sitting on the corner of the frame
add a porcelin with the above settings

Open element 80 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% Move above all other layers.
placing to where it is covering her one foot..

Open element 87 Copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right
Erase all parts on the out side of the frame.

Open element 18 copy and paste as new layer
Place behind the tube layer and to the left.

Open element 13 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 1 time
Free rotate to the left by 10%
Place above the frame layer

Open element 67 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% to desired Place to the top right
Covering the corner of the frame layer

Open Elements 37 & 38
copy and paste both as a new layer
Move the blue to the right  and the pink to the left
Placing both behind all other layers
