Beautiful
Scrap Kit is a PTU by Tasha's Playground, exclusively at PTE
Tube is a Barbara Jensen Exclusive at Scraps and the City
New Raster layer 700x700
Open frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% and free rotate to the left by 90 degrees
Free rotate to the right by 15
Duplicate and free rotate to the left by 15
Move below the other layer
Open paper 14 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Erase all parts that is on the out side of the frame
Open paper 13 and move below the origional frame layer
Erase all parts that is on the outside of the frame
Open your tube layer copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers
Erase the part of the legs that is below the frame layer
Open your scatter copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
open the ribbon copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer
placing top left of the bottom frame
open sparkle 2 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer
Erase the parts that is on the outside of the frame layers
open the mp3 player copy and paste as new layer
resize to liking and free rotate to the left by 45
place to the bottom left and add a drop shadow.
open the lips copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 2 move to the top right
add a drop shadow
Open the star copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% Move to the bottom right
Open Star 2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% Move to the bottom right above star 1
Open star 3 copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right and center of the other 2 stars
Add your name copy right and save
Open frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% and free rotate to the left by 90 degrees
Free rotate to the right by 15
