New Raster layer 700x700
Open frame 2 copy and paste as new layer
open tube and copy and paste as new layer
Place below the frame layer as desired 
Erase the parts of the tube that is on the outside of the frame

Open paper 10 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Erase the parts of the paper that is on the outside of the tube layer

Highlight the tube layer and add a porcelin with the following settings

Duplicate and hide the duplicated tube layer

Add a Gaussian blur with the following settings

unhide the duplicated tube layer and add an over lay

Open your tube again and copy and paste as new layer
Reszie down to desired size and mirror. Move to the left

Open your rainbow copy and paste as new layer
Resize to desired and move the tube layer
to the right

Open the Scatter copy and paste as new layer
copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers and to the top right.

Open the branch copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right behind the rainbow layer

Open the cupcake copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80 % 3 times move above all other layers and to the right

open the glitter copy and paste as new layer
Move behind the tube layer to the bottom

Add your name copy right and save

New raster layer 700x700
Open element 4 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 3 times
Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Move below Element 4
Erase all parts that is on the out side of the frame

Open your tube once again and copy and paste as new layer
Resize to Desired, Mirror and move to the right above all other layers

Open element 22 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers  and to the top
Duplicate and move to the bottom

Open element 29 copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers
Resize down by 80% to desired and place in the center

open element 27 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down to 80 % as desired and move to the left
below the bear

Open element 13 copy ans paste as new layer
Resize down to desired and move to the top of element 4

Open element 28 copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right behind the tube 

Open element 27 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 3 times
Move to the left below the Rose layer

Add your name copyright and save

Open frame 2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80%

Open your tube and grab the close up.
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% and move below the frame layer
Erase parts of the tube that is on the outside of the frame layer

Open paper 4 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
grab the eraser and erase the parts of the part that is outside the frame layer

Highlight your tube layer  Duplicate
hide the duplicated layer 
now go back to the original tube layer and Add a  Xero porcelin with the following settings

then go to effects, photo effects and add black and white film
go to Adjust, Blur Gaussian Blur with the following settings

Go to the Duplicated tube layer and unhide.
Add a Xero Porcelin with the above settings  and add an overlay

Open your tube once again and grab the full  body tube
copy and paste as new layer Mirror and move to the right
add a Porcelin with the above settings

Open ribbon 1 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers

Open the Heartgloves copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer and to the right

Open cupcake 1 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% x 3 mirror and move to the left

Open Ribbon 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% and move down  just a little
Move your cupcake to where it looks like it is sitting on the ribbon

Open your sparkles copy and paste as new layer
Move to the top below the tube layer

Open the strawberry Cake copy and paste as new layer
Move below the cupcake

Add your name copy right and save
