reate new raster layer 600x600

open frame 1
copy and paste as new layer
open tube
copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer
GRab ur eraser and erase al the parts visibile from the out side of the frame

open paper 12 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
grab the eraser tool and erase the parts that visible from outside the frame

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80%
place in desired location
Duplicate frame and move above tube layer
Erase the frame that is covering her

open your glitter bits
copy and paste as new layer
duplicate and place both under all other layers
Depending on how u like it

Mask is the Edge Mask that came as a preset

Open new raster layer 700x700
Open word art 2 copy and paste as
new layer Resize twice by 80%

open cookie 4 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 90% twice
Move to the center

Open paper6 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers

With your paper layer highlighted
Go to layer, load/save mask , from disk.
Find the mask of choice and make sure source
luminance is checked and hit okay.
Merge group

Highlight your word art layer
and add a drop shadow of choice

open gold 2 copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers
Resize down by 50% and then again by 80
Move below the tube layer and place to the left


Open Glitterz4
copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80
Take the transparency down by 45%
Move below wordart layer

open rainbow 3
copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80%
Move below your wordart layer
