open frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 1 time
Place in the center

Open paper 13 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame layer and erase all parts on the outside of the frame

open the tube and grab the close up layer
Move below the frame layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 time
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame
Add a Xero  porcelin with the following settings
add a luminnace legacy 

open the full length tube layer
copy and paste as new layer
Move above the frame layer
resize down 3 times by 80%
duplicate the frame layer and move above the full length tube layer
carefully erase the frame covering the Top and the arms of the tube

open the sparkles copy and paste as new layer
Move below the full length tube layer
erase all parts on the outside.

open ribbon 4 copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers  to the bottom
Carefully erase the ribbon covering her fingers and hand
repeat with Ribbon 3 ( this one is on the black ribbon

open bow 1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and move above ribbon 3
carefully erase parts covering the tube( I used the smalled eraser possible)

open the white fan copy and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom left
free rotate to the right by 13%

Open the kittyshoe copy and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom left above the fan

open the gift copy and paste as new layer
Move to the left below the kittyshoe

open bottle 1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% 1 time and move to the right
above all other layers

open the watch copy and paste as new layer
mirror, resize down by 80% about 1 time and move to the right
below the bottle

open the key copy and paste as new layer
place above the bottle and to the right
I have it to where it looks like it is tied on the bottle

open the tulle copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80% and move to the right
below the watch layer

open the umbrella copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and move to the left above the kittyshoe

add your name copyright and save

resize down 2 times by 80%  Move to the bottom above all other layers
Move below element 38

open element 34 copy and paste as new layer
Flip and move to the bottom  Below element 38

open element 27 copy and paste as new layer
move below all elements to the right
and to the right alittle

Open element41 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 1 time
Free rotate to the right by 90% and move below the Handcuffs

open element42 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move to the left below element38

Open element 37 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move above all other layers and to the bottom left

add name copy right and save
