Create new raster layer 600x600
open frame one copy and paste as new layer  resize down by 80%

Open tube copy and paste as new layer resize up by 110% Move below frame grab your magic wand and click inside the frame Go to selections and invert highlight your tube layer and hit delete

open paper 24 copy and paste as new layer move below all other layers grab your magic wand and click inside the frame Go to selections and invert highlight your paper layer and hit delete

Highlight your tube and add a luminance legacy to it

Open your skulls copy and paste as new layer Resize down by 80% Move below all other layers
Open your glitter splat copy and paste as new layer move to the upper left duplicate and move to the lower right Resize both to liking and merge down

Duplicate and mirror and Move below all other layers

open your tube again copy and paste as new layer Move above your frame Resize down by 80%  Mirror and move to the left

open your tiara and copy and paste as new layer resize to your liking and move to the upper right free rotate right by 20% open your skull charm copy and paste as new layer resize down to your liking and move to the bottom right of the tiara below the tiara. resize down by 80% twice move below your tube layer    add your name and copyright and save
