Happy New Year

Scrap kit is   Rockin' in the New Year 2012  by Broken Sky Dezines
You can purchase this kit @  Twilight Scraps. 
Tube is by Ismael Rac,do not use his tubes without a proper license to do so.
You can obtain a license and his work @ his store here. 
 
New raster layer 700x700
Open BSD3 copy and paste as new layer
free rotate to the right  90

Open close up tube layer  Copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer 
grab the eraser and erase what is sticking out from the frame

Open BSD29 copy and paste as new layer  Move above all other layers
Place at the bottom of the frame layer

Open full length tube  copy and paste as new layer
Mirror and move to the right of the frame

Open BSD9 copy and paste as new layer
Resize to desired and place to the left of all
other layers

Open BSD22 copy and paste as new layer  
Resize to desired and place to the left behind BSD9

Open BSD 27 copy and paste as new layer 
Resize to liking and place to the left under all layers

Open BSD1 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers  Placing in the center
and resize up by 110%
