New transparent raster layer 650x650

open frame 3 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80%

open close up tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80%  about 2 times
Move below the frame layer
Grab your eraser and erase all parts on the outside of the frame

open paper 14 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Grab your eraser and erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open element 55 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers

open the full length tube
copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 -3 times
Mirror and place as I did Mine

open element 44 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer and Duplicate.. Here is where it is tricky
carefully erase the part of the ribbon covering the tube.. I left one part
right over the one leg

Open element 58 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 1 time and move to the bottom left

Open element 15 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80 % about 5 time place to the bottom left center
above all other layers

Element 14  Copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 times
move below element 15 and to the left a bit more

Open element 61 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times.. I used 3 on mine
Its up to you and what you think looks best..
Place to the bottom above all other layers

Open element 5 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 5 times
Move to the right above  element 61
I have it to where it looks like it is sitting on my words
