create new raster layer 600x600

Open the Skater ckick tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times or as desired
Move to the Right

Open the star copy and paste as new layer
Move to the bottom left below the tube layer
Place as i did mine

Open paper 8 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the star layer
Resize down 2 times by 80%
Grab the eraser and erase all parts on the outside of the frame

open your fence copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move below the paper layer
Free rotate to the right  by 25%

open the skate board copy and paste as new layer
resize dow by 80% 3 times
Move directly to the bottom above the star layer

open the head phones copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 80% move to the mid center left
above all other layer

Open your bear  copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
I have it to where it is sitting on the skate board

open the gum copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 4 times
Move to the bottom right
below the tube layer 

open the splatter copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move above the fence layer
