Open element as17
copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% 1 time and place in the center

Open paper 8 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
resize down 1 time by 80%
erase all parts on the outside of element 17

open close up tube layer
copy and paste as new layer
move below element 17, erase all parts of the tube on the outside of element17
add a luminace to the tube

open element68 copy and paste as new layer
place in the center below all other layers

Open your  full length tube layer
copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times
Duplicate the frame layer and move
arrange tube as i did mine
Move duplicated frame layer over tube
Highlight the tube
erase parts below the frame
Highlight the frame
Erase parts covering the Top of the tube

open as72 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move above all other layers
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

open as14 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 times Move to the right above all other layers

open as08 copy and paste as new layer
rmove below as14 to the right

open as13 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 5 times
Move to the left above all other layers

open as69 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 times
Move below the as14 layer

open as12 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 times move above element 13 to the left of it

open as41 and 42 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% and place as desired
Duplicate Resize down again by 80% and place as desired

Open as47 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 times
Mirror and move to the left above all other layers
