New Raster Layer 600x600
Open frame 2 copy and paste and new layer
Resize down 2 times by 80%
move to the bottom center, You want it about half way

Open paper12 copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down about 2 times by 80%
Move to where her legs will be below the frame

Highlight frame layer and duplicate
Move duplicated frame layer above the tube
Grab your eraser and erase the parts of the frame covering her
head and arm.

open the rainbow sparkle copy and paste as new layer
Move below all layers and to where it is center with the frame

Open sparkle 2 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the top frame layer
To the bottom to where its over the bottom of the tube
erase all parts on the outside of the frame

open the Splatter copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% and move to the bottom left
Below the Tube 

open plataform Shoe copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2 times by 80% and move to the bottom left
above all other layers

open ipod copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2  time by 80% 
Move above all other layers to the right

open the dog copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2 times by 80%
Move above all other layers to the right above the ipod

open compact disc copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move below the Ipod layer and to the left  

open the compacy copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80%  Move to the left above the shoe

open star 2 and star 3 copy and paste as new layer
Move both to the top corners below the tube layer

open paper 4 copy and paste as new layer
Make sure your mask is open as a new image 
highlighting your new raster layer 
Go to Layers, New Mask Layer
From image, Select it from the drop down and make sure source luminace is
selected and hit ok 

Merge mask group

Open your wire copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80 % and move below
mask group
Erase the 2 edges on the outside of the make..

Open your tube  Copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 3 times by 80%
Place in the center above all other layers

open folded ribbone1 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2 times by 80% and move above the tube layer
to the bottom of the tube

Repeat for folded ribbone2

open the car copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers
Resize down by 80% about 4 times
Move to the left of the tube

Open wired heart copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move to the left below the folded ribbons

open the sign copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 6 times
Free rotate to the left by 43 and move to the left behind the car.

open the knuckle busters copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move below the car and to the center left.

open the lipstick copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move to the right

open the nail polish copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move to the right below the nail Polish

Open the lips
copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80%  about 1 time
Move below the tube layer

Open Element 52 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 3 times and move to the left
below all other layers

Open your full length tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times and place center and to the right
above all other layers

Open element 6 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80 % and move to the top below all other layers
Duplicate and move to the bottom below all other layers

Open element 11 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80% and move above both element 6 layers

Open 24 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 1 time and move below the full length tube

open element 20  copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 % about 2 times and move to the left below the tube layer

Open element5  copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 90 % 1 time Move to the right
Above all other layers

Open element 38  copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 % to desired and free rotate to the left as desired
Move above element 20

open element 39  copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% to desired and Move above element 38

Open element 44  copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 time and move to the right

Create new raster layer 650x650, you can resize it later 

Open element 28 copy and paste new layer resize down by 80%

open tube and grab close up
center in frame and move below all other layers
erase the excess that is above the frame
add a luminance legacy

open paper 2 copy and paste as new layer, move below all others
Layer new mask layer from image merge group

Open full layer tube  copy and paste as new layer
Move above all others resize down as desired
open element 29 copy and paste as new layer
Place along the bottom of the legs on tube erase parts as desired

open element 38 copy and paste as new layer
resize to desired size  free rotate right by 22 %

open element 3 copy paste as new layer
resize as desired place to your liking

repeat above steps with element 30

open element 42 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all others move to your liking and duplicate Move again

open lp-clusterframe 4  by Sky
copy and paste as new layer

resize donw by 90

Open tube
copy and paste as new layer

open LP sand 3 by Sky
copy and paste as new layer
Move below your tube

open your mesh 2 by sky
copy and paste as new layer
resize by 90
duplicate and mirror
move below all other layers

open lp paper 7 by sky
copy and paste as new layer
move below your cluster frame.

Grab your magic wand and click inside
the cluster frame
Go to selections, modify and expand to your liking
Invert
Highlight paper layer and hit delete

open your cocktail by Jill
copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 50 %
Mirror and move below cluster frame

Duplicate the cluster frame and move above the cocktail
Grab your eraser and carefully erase the parts of the
frame that overs your glass.

Resize by 50 and move above your cocktail glass
