Resize down 2 times by 60 % and then 1 time by 80%
Place to where her legs are on the edge of the frame
above all other layers

Move to the bottom below the tube layer

Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Move to the top below the tube layer

Open the bridge copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times

Add a XEro Porcelain with the following Settings

Go to Adjust, Blur, Guassian blur at the below settings
Highlight the duplicate and add an overlay

Open Rah 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 60% about  3 times
Place above all other layers in the center

Move just below Rah 3 to the bottom of the frame

open element 10 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers and resize down 1 time by 60%

Move above the frame layer and to the center

Free Rotate to the left by 25 %

Move above all other layers
Resize down by 60%

grab the eraser and carefully erase the parts on the outside of the frame

Open element 74 copy and paste as new layer
Place in the center
Below the frame layer

Open element 23 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times
Place above element 74 and to the bottom

open element 28 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 1 time and plave to the right
below element 23

Move below all other layers
grab the eraser and carefully erase the parts on the outside of the frame

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 80% as desired and position in the Frame like I did
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame
Add a porcelin with the following Settings

Duplicate
Add a gaussian blur with the following settings

Highlight the duplicated layer
add a black and white film and overlay.

Open your tube once again
copy and paste as new layer
resize by 80% to desired size and move above all other layers to the right

resize down by 80% as desired and place to the right
below the tube layer

Resize down by 80%  1 time
move to the right  above all other layers

open element 64 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 4 times and move to the left
