New Raster Layer  750x750  You can resize later if desired

Open element 76 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 90% and place to the bottom center

Open Element 89 copy and paste as new layer
Resize to desired and place to the top center behind Element 76

Open paper 3 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame layer, highlight the frame layer
Grab the magic wand and click inside the frame layer
Go to selections, hit invert highlight the paper layer and hit delete

Open your tube  grab the close up layer
copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 1 time and move between the paper and frame layer
Grab your eraser and erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open your full length tube layer copy ans paste as new layer
resize to desired. I say about 3 times
Place to the right

Open element 53 copy and paste as new layer
Move above all other layers to the bottom
Grab your eraser, you do not want it to big
highlight the tube layer and carefully erase parts of the legs that
is below element 53 

Open element 52 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the frame layer
place to the top above the tube layer

open element 62 and 63 copy and paste both as new layer
Element 63 Mirror and move to the right behind the full length tube layer
Element 62 move below the tube layer and to the left..

Open element 57 copy and paste as new layer
Move below the paper layer and slightly toward the top

Open element 30 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 3 times and move below the paper layer
