Open element 58 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% about 2 times

Open element 38 copy and paste as new layer
move behind element 58

open your tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down to desired and place in the center
above all other layers

Open element 28
copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer

Open element 32
copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 % about 5 times
Move to the top left 

Open element 30
copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 % about 6 times
Move to the top left above the dice..
I have mine over  the loop of the dice

Open element 22 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 % about 2 times
Move to the  right below the tube layer

Open element 15
copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80 % about 4 times
Move above the tube layer to the left

Duplicate and move below the tube layer
Highlight the origional layer
and carefully erase the part that is covering the sucker
