Colour Me

Scrap is a PTU kit by TLP Designz
You can purchase at Confetti Scraps
Tube is by Alexander McMillan, You can purchase at SATC

New raster layer600x600
open tlp_cmTs_tag06 copy and paste as new layer
Place in the center
Open full length tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down about 2 times by 80% move to the left
open tlp_cmTS_ribbon08 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times place in the center
below the tube layer
open tlp_cmTS_flower02 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 times place to the bottom right
below the tube layer
open tag 2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 time
Mirror and move to the left below the ribbon layer
Add name copy right and save
open tlp_cmTs_tag06 copy and paste as new layer
