New Raster Layer 600x600

open frame1 copy and paste as new layer
Resize by 80 % as desired
Place in the center

open paper 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80%
Move below frame layer
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

add a porcelain with the following settings and a luminance legacy

Open tube layer copy and paste as new layer
Move below frame layer and place as desired.
Erase all parts on the outside of the frame

open the boots copy and paste as new layer
move above all other layers
Resize down by 80% about 3 times
Move to the right of the frame layer

Open the tube again
copy and paste as new layer
Resize down about 1 time
Move below the frame layer
place as desired
Duplicate frame layer and move above all other layers
Erase all parts except the bottom that is covering the tube and boots

open icecream1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 3 times  and Move above all other layers to the left

open nailpolish copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 times
Place above all other layers on the right of the nail polish

open sparkles copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80%
Move directly above the tube layer and
erase all parts on the outside of the frame and covering the boots

open lips 2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down about 6 times by 80%
Move above all other layers to the left above the icecream and nail polish

open glitter3 cop and paste as new layer
Resize 1 time by 80% and move below all other layers

open the cell phone copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 5 times
free rotate to the right by 25% and move below the icecream layer

open ribbon2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 2 times and move below all element layers
