When you download, make sure you leave her some love
open the cityscape copy and paste as new layer
resize 1 time by 90%
Place in the center
Open the tube copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80% place in the center of the cityscape
open the drop ball copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% and place in the center
behind the tube layer
open the party pass copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% 3 times
free rotate to the left by 25% and move to the left
below the tube layer
open the word art copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and move below the ball drop
Move to where the top is right above the tube
open the glitter spray
copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and move
below the ball drop layer
to the bottom
open the champagne copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 times by 80%
below the tube layer and to the right of th 3 on the ball drop
Open the Guitar Pick copy and past as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80%
free rotate to the right by 25% and move to the right
below the champagne
open the horn copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% 1 time and move to the right
below the tube layer
open the phone case copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80%
free rotate to the left by 25%
move to the left below the vip tag
add name copyright and save
