New Transparent Raster Layer 600x600

open element6 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 times by 80% place in the center

open element 45 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and move below element 6

open Your tube and grab stargazer2 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% and move to the right below the frame layer
Duplicate, Highlight original and add a Gaussian blur to about 8 %
Highlight the duplicated tube layer and add an overlay

open your tube and grab stargazer1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 times by 60% and 1 time by 80% and 2 by 90%
Move to the left above all other layers

Open element 40 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80%
Move to the left below the tube layer

open element 10 copy and paste as new layer
Move to the top right  below all other layers

open element 1 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% and move below element 45
mirror and adjust in place

open element 44 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 4 times by 80% and move to the right below the stargazer1 layer
Do the same for element 43
resize down 5 times instead of 4
placing to the bottom right of element 44

add name copyright and save
