Open paper 1 copy and paste as new layer
open as 70 and move above the frame
resize down 3 times by 80%, grab the eraser and highlight the
paper layer and erase all parts on the outside if the frame

open the closeup tube copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80%  - 3 times
Move below the frame a
erase all parts on the outside of the frame

Open the full length tube copy
resize down 3 times 1 by 50% and 2 by 80%
You may need to tweak it a little depends on your liking
Move above the frame and erase the legs on the outside of the frame
duplicate the frame and Move above the tube  layer
erase parts of the frame covering the tube

Highlight your closeup layer of the tube
add a luminance legacy
Go to effects and Penta,  Jeans
With the following settings

open as36 copy and paste as new layer
move below all other layers
resize down 1 time by 90%

open as21 copy and paste as new layer
Move to the right above all other layers

Open as34 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 80% Move to the right by as21

open as03 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 times by 60% and then again by 80% 2 times
Move to the right above all other layers and placing to the right of the sucker

open as 59 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 50 % and again by 50 % and again by 80%
Mirror and move to the right above all other layers

open as23 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 50% and free rotate to the left by 45
Move to the left above ll other layers

open as05 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by  50% and move to the left centered on as23

open as73 copy and paste as new layer
free rotate to the left by 90% and move to the bottom below all elements
