now go back to the original tube layer and Add a  Xero porcelin with the following settings

then go to effects, photo effects and add black and white film
go to Adjust, Blur Gaussian Blur with the following settings

Go to the Duplicated tube layer and unhide.
Add a Xero Porcelin with the above settings  and add an overlay

Open your tube once again and grab the full  body tube
copy and paste as new layer Mirror and move to the right
add a Porcelin with the above settings

Open ribbon 1 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers

Open the Heartgloves copy and paste as new layer
Move below the tube layer and to the right

Open cupcake 1 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% x 3 mirror and move to the left

Open Ribbon 3 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down by 80% and move down  just a little
Move your cupcake to where it looks like it is sitting on the ribbon

Open your sparkles copy and paste as new layer
Move to the top below the tube layer

Open the strawberry Cake copy and paste as new layer
Move below the cupcake

Add your name copy right and save
